For a large-scale move, it helps to know who you can turn to. You’ll have one dedicated project coordinator who works with you and keeps track of everything, from the initial preparations through moving day.

We’ll discuss your schedule, requirements and priorities together. Your coordinator will brief the moving team and stay in touch with everyone involved, so they know what needs to happen and when.

You won’t need to explain your situation repeatedly. If the schedule changes, your coordinator will review the next steps with you. We manage moves for offices, business premises, institutions, residential complexes and other locations that need extra coordination.

Planning and preparation

A move runs more smoothly when everyone knows what to expect. We’ll discuss which items are moving, when each stage will take place and which rooms or departments should go first.

We’ll also consider how your business can keep running during the move. Equipment, documents and workspaces that need to remain available will be scheduled at a suitable time. If needed, we can spread the move over several stages or arrange work outside office hours or at the weekend.

We’ll agree in advance who will pack each area, disassemble furniture and take care of other preparations, so your employees and our team know what to do.

Labelling moving boxes

Once the schedule has been agreed, the practical preparation begins. A clear labelling system ensures that every moving box and item is delivered directly to the correct destination.

We provide coloured labels and agree in advance which colour, code or number belongs to each department and room. The same markings can be included in the layout plan for the new location.

This allows the moving team to see immediately where every box, workstation or cabinet needs to be placed. It prevents unnecessary searching, opening and moving during the relocation.

When agreed, we can also provide moving boxes, packing materials and clear instructions for your employees. You can handle the packing yourself or leave the entire process to us.
